Stabele Alm –> Leckalm –> Plattach See –> Felder Scharte -> Weißer See –> Unterer Spitzig See –> Hauersee –> Innerbergalm
This round-trip trail with its four lakes, which vary in color according to the season, reflects the color palette of the water, from Caribbean blue to crystal-clear green. However, the small treasures in and around the lakes themselves should also be paid attention.
The Hüttentaxi saves you a 2-hour ascent to the Stabele Alm. The trail leads past the Leckalm over lush green pastures along a ridge to the first of the four mountain lakes, the Plattachsee. From there you can already see the newly designed climb, which crosses the fields, past the salt mines for the sheep down over steeper gras to a new nature play, the White Lake. It is the largest and deepest of the four lakes and invites with its milky green color and its numerous resting places to a short gourmet break. Slowly we are now on a beautiful high-way path from the White Lake to the slightly lower lake Spitzig. Nestled in a rugged mountain landscape, it rests there quite quietly and has a calming charisma. From there you continue to the last of the four lakes, the Lake of Hauers. Depending on the season, it shimmers milky green to turquoise. Surrounded by the so-called five-pointed peaks, you can enjoy the pleasant tranquility of the 2700 meters before you descend.
On the way down to the Hauerkamm in the direction of Innerbergalm, you will have a wonderful view of the Innerbergtal and the Hauertal. At the top of this crest is the Wöckelwarte, where you can take your view over Längenfeld. From there, you go back through a charming pine forest to the lush alpine pastures and fields just before the Innerbergalm. The return trip can be comfortably refreshed with a Hüttentaxi.
The hut taxi runs once a week during the summer season. A reservation is required. Ötztal Tourismus - Information Längenfeld +43 (0)57200 300
